The story
Aurorra.earth was an idea I wanted to build: a place where holistic research is summarized and easily findable.
What I needed more than anything was a proper system. How could I find relevant studies, read them, choose which ones should be entered into the database, then summarize them and extract the proper information into a database that is interconnected? How could I build a database that interconnects all of the information properly? Building a web app to display the information properly is one thing, architecting the database is another, and doing the research and summaries is another!
This project was a fusion of the desires of the heart and artificial intelligence. It wasn’t a simple build where I could just have it create without thinking. I had to work with the AI.
What I had was a vision and an understanding of how things should connect. What AI has is the capability to execute the building of the systems that were necessary.
Now, Aurorra has:
- A research agent that runs every night, finding new, relevant studies on PubMed.
- An agent that takes the approved studies, summarizes them, and makes sure all the relevant information is extracted and added to the database, interconnected so people can find the studies relevant to what they’re searching for.
- A social trend agent that runs once a week, seeing what’s trending in the holistic and complementary and alternative medicine world and giving me feedback on more studies to bring into the system.
- A social post drafter that takes studies and drafts posts with the relevant information, ready for multiple channels.
- A digital presence agent that looks at everything connected to Google Search Console and Bing, bringing insights and suggestions on how to improve.
- A system of development for the evolution of Aurorra.
