Agreement to these terms

By using the Lyteworks website (lyte.works), requesting an audit, or using a Lyteworks dashboard (app.lyte.works), you agree to these terms. If you have a signed services agreement with Lyteworks, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

The services

Lyteworks provides AI integration services: we build and operate AI-powered systems — dashboards, automations, content workflows, and connected integrations — tailored to your business. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for an engagement are agreed per project.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials and for activity under your account. The data and content you put into your dashboard remain yours. Systems we build for you under a paid engagement are owned as agreed in that engagement — our default posture is that you own what we build for you.

Integrations you connect (such as Google) are governed by our Privacy Policy and can be disconnected by you at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Payment

Fixed-price offerings (such as audits and sprints) are billed as stated at the time of purchase. Ongoing engagements are billed as agreed in the engagement. Fees are non-refundable except where stated otherwise or required by law.

Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate, secure, and available, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, traffic, revenue). AI-generated output should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyteworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after a change means the updated terms apply.
